iCloud Concerns

I just received a phone call that my iCloud had some suspicious activity and may not be protected. Was not sure if this was a spam caller and what steps I need to take next.

That was a spam call. People have been reporting a lot of that type of call. Apple won't call you to report things like that. You don't need to do anything.
