Deleting a Song from a Playlist

I have Itunes for Windows version 12.6.2.20.

I am trying to determine how I am able to remove a single song from a playlist, without removing it from my library or computer.  Previously, I was able to do this from the playlist screen by right clicking on the song and selecting "delete" which would remove it only from the playlist.  How do I now remove a single song from a playlist without removing it from my pc or library?

It puzzles me to no end why Apple insists on "fixing" features that are not broken by removing the ability to do them or making them much more complicated than they were before the "fix". The Genius feature that allowed us to find other songs by similar artists or genre as is currently playing is a prime example.  No matter how much people protest against these changes, they continue to make changes that are not needed or wanted.
