I see charges on my banking for $21.98, 22, 34,...

I see charges on my banking for $21.98, 22, 34, etc.  Not finding on my purchase history.  Is there a phone number for itunes.  888-712-7753 does not work.I want to know what was purchased, it is not showing on my account.

If they aren't showing on your iTunes account's purchase history, nor on any other account linked to the card (e.g. family members if you are a family organiser in family sharing), and if they aren't temporary store holding charges ( About payment card authorization holds in the iTunes Store - Apple Support) you should contact the card issuer - iTunes Support can only directly help you with your account(s).

I have 3 iTunes purchases from 7/24/17 on my cc statement.  Had to call my credit card company to dispute them and get a new card.

Do they show on your iTunes account's purchase history ? If they do you should have contacted iTunes Support, and if you still haven't done so you should now contact them, as you may find that you owe them for the purchases and the account might have been blocked

I'm having this same problem as well, but its usually in the amount of 31.11,  the latest happened on the 3rd and then the 4th of August
