I would start to have a look to website like this: https://www.gottabemobile.com/5-common-touch-id-problems-and-fixes/ or to make a better research in the community (ex.: Touch ID doesn't work after upgrading to bla bla bla ... I think you got the idea )

Sorry its the touch id that stopped working

So after updating the software to 10.3.3 the touch id stops working??
