What is up with my iPhone 7 plus that I keep ge...

I recently encountered an unexplainable occurrence with my iPhone7 plus (or S?), that it keeps showing the error "Your Apple ID is disabled" and no matter what I do I still keep getting the **** error. I have done probably close to 100 logins on my account and have reset the password twice and I still get the error! Which keeps me from updating or installing new apps! This is very frustrating, specially when an Apple Tech support could not even resolve my issue. Last night I called for assistance on getting solution to my issue and the session ended with his conclusion of "there is nothing wrong with your account- you can access it without a problem", but when I show him the error everytime we go through the same work arounds to fix the issue, he will be just lost for words. I wish someone would share their knowledge on how I can get this crap off of my phone. I even folllowed an article I found on google that basically took me to the same process that I went through with the tech support- login to your account on "appleid.apple.com". I've been on that site several times already since last night! Please help! I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Are you able to make purchases with that Apple account directly via iTunes on a computer or via another iOS device? If you get the same error in other places then the Apple ID really is disabled, and you will need to contact Apple Support again. Let them know that it is giving you the disabled message in multiple places.

Otherwise, based on the information you got from the support person indicating that there was no problem with your Apple ID, there are a few things that you can try:

1.     Open iTunes on a computer and sign in with your "disabled" Apple ID. Click on Account>View My Account and go to the very bottom of the screen. Click the "Reset" button next to the "Reset all warnings for buying and downloading", and see if that helps.

2.     If it doesn't, reset the device: Hold down the Power and Volume Down buttons and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears. Once the Lock screen displays, see if the issue is resolved.

3.     If it is still not resolved, then back up your device to iCloud or iTunes, and then erase it (Settings>General>Reset>Erase All Content & Settings). Set it up as a new device, and then try doing one of the actions that cause the error to appear before to see if the issue is resolved.

     -     If it is still not resolved, you need to contact Apple Support again to let them know that your ID is disabled

4.     If it is resolved, then restore your device from your backup and try the same action again. If the issue resurfaces, then there is something corrupted in your data, and you will need to erase the device again and set it up manually.

Best of luck,
