slow imac 27" and lot of problems

hello everyone,

i've some problems with my imac 27" late 2009. updated to Sierra

i try to do my best for explain

on 20 July my imac starts to run very slow on startup and reproducing streaming videos.

then after few days starts to slow even on photoshop and lightroom opening and processing till one night the whole system starts to not recongnize my password on login and so my whole user account became unavaliable.

thinking of a high temperature problem i've dismantled all my imac, cleaned the fans and replaced the conducting grease on processor and graphic board but this didn't helped.

i've thought of replace all my system with a younger one but i'm very sad to throw away my imac because it powers on, and works with other users (the slowness remains) so i think that's a problem of hd or something replaceble.

i've runed EtreCheck and i'll post the report as last possibility to find a way to get my imac back in healty status.

if someone can help me it could be a very nice thing.
