mail boxes

I am using a macbook pro operating Sierra 10.12.6.  I use gmail on my mac mail icon.  Each email I get appears in my google mailbox, the important mailbox, and the all mail mailbox.  How can I eliminate the unnecessary emails?

If you’re concerned that these are duplicates, they’re not. It’s just a different way of accessing them.
