My,activity,monitor,is,showing,that,Soagent,and,callservicesd,are,using,around,9 0%,of,my,cpu.,I,have,the,very,last,version,of,Yosemite.,Could,you,give,me,some,h elp,with,this?,Is,apple,working,to,correct,this?

Quit the processes in Activity Monitor. They may relaunch automatically, which is normal. See whether they continue to run away.

Folks I have had this problem with soagent taking up all the memory and cpu. It's related to contacts. I tried everything and even wiped my computer which is a nightmare. 3 days of a nightmare trying everything I've read. Bottom line problem was with Skype and allowing Skype to use contacts. Delete Skype and reinstall and don't allow it to use contacts.

Quitting the app "soagent" does not work because it keeps coming back. This is horrible, totally destroys battery life.
