I cannot spend my credit balance as verificatio...

Hello,

I still have 23€ left on my credit balance from an Itunes gift card. When I try to spend them via Apple Store, it requests Verification through the Payment process, which leads to a check of my Billing Address, where the "Country" field is missing... But when I try to fill it in, the system says "You have a store credit balance, you must spend your balance before you can change stores". I know that, I am just trying to do so!!

To sum up, I cannot spend my balance as my billing address is incomplete, but I cannot modify it because I still have some balance!?!?!

By the way, I don't know how I managed to spend my first €€ from the gift card without having these issues.
