Sync Logic X to Finale with MTC

I want to sync Logic X to Finale via MTC.  I'm attempting to do this with both programs running on the same MacBook Pro - maybe this is my problem.?  I followed the Logic User Guide.  Everything in Logic and Finale appear to be set properly, however Logic appears completely blind to Finale - doesn't acknowledge MTC at all.  Please help.

It works fine... see below. 

Are you sure you have final set to send MTC ? - have you confirmed using a midi monitor?
