Apple disabled ID

Tried to download app update.  Received message "Apple disabled ID." how do I correct this situation.

what problem exactly do you face. If you enter wrong password many times will be your apple ID disabled for security reason check how to enable or unlock your apple id here

Try the instructions in the link in the reply immediately above yours

I reset my password, sign in in device with new credentials, but anyway when try install app, show message Your Apple ID has been disabled.

If you've logged in with the new password try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can / will re-enable the account
