I was supposed to be given a refund after being...

I accidentally bought something on iTunes and asked for a refund and I still haven’t gotten my money back.

Contact whomever said that you would get a refund and ask about it.

I did. I emailed Apple back and nothing happened.

No one here can do anything.  Sorry.

 

You would need to contact itunes support.
