apple imac a1418 diagnostic led#1

I have this imac

iMac (21.5-inch, Late 2015) - Technical Specification

The problem is that it is not turning ON.

I opened and i found that diagnostic led#1 is turned on when power is connected and led#2 turns on MOMENTARILY only when i press the power button after that nothing happens and imac does not start

if i press the power button again, led#2 turns on again MOMENTARILY but nothing happens AND MY IMAC REMAINS IN THIS STATE

i am a bit confused how to proceed and what to check

Many times when do-it-yourselfers that don't really know what they are doing end up paying more and spending more time on it then if they'd taken it to a professional that has the knowledge and tools.

I know this isn't what you wanted to read but I think its the right direction to go in.
