How do I get the internal speakers into sound o...
My internal speakers are not listed under the sound output area of system preferences. I can only hear things if I use earphones. Have tried reset, etc., but still no sound.
If you have the sound icon in the menu bar, you can Option-click it to see advanced settings. If you don’t see the icon, you can enable it in System Preferences → Sound.
Do you see it when you unplug your headset?
If not, try an NVRAM reset:

The internal speakers are not listed in the output. Only headphones are listed.
Nope. Tried that reset, no luck.
