Message,Photo and icloud issues

So my iphone 6 out of nowhere started deleting and restoring all my pictures randomly. It will restore all of them and then crash and start all over again. Also my messages keep disappearing and re-appearing and when they re-appear and I click on a conversation only the most recent message in the conversation thread appears but the rest of the conversation isn't there. Anyone know a solution to this problem? Is it icloud related? Because on top of that the Apple ID verification keeps popping up and whenever I type in the password it won't work. Please Help!
