can I buy in for 1 month Icloud  so i can have my iPad repaired

iCloud is a service that you get with your Apple ID account. It comes with a 5 GB of storage for the iCloud Drive. If you need more than that, you would request an increase which comes via Storage Plans. These are monthly.

iCloud has nothing to do with having your iPad repaired.

iCloud is an online storage service, like Dropbox or Google Drive etc...

What exactly are you trying to do?  Are you maybe wanting to buy Apple Care?
