iPhone Safari tabs not showing up

I have a MacBook Pro, an iMac at work, an iPad and and iPhone all logged in to iCloud and can't find any other issues but this one. When viewing my iCloud tabs on any of my devices I can see all the other devices EXCEPT the iPhone. On the iPhone I see all the other three devices, but on the other three devices I just see the two Macs and not the iPhone.

Very odd.

To troubleshoot I've turned off Safari under the iCloud settings, and removed the synced content from Safari before turning the Safari iCloud feature back on for the iPhone. Everything is on the latest version of its OS except the iMac which is still on Sierra.

I saw some posts where others were having issues with iCloud Safari tabs during the beta, are those still lingering?

Try Settings/iCloud and slide off syncing. Wait a few minutes and then resync.  Try going to System Preferences/iCloud and stop syncing. Wait a couple of minutes, then recheck syncing.  Sign out of iCloud and sign back in.
