I had no idea what the charge of $8.32 was for. I followed the apple instructions for cancelling the iTunes subscription and it did not work. I tried several times without success to cancel the iTunes subscription

I then went into my Apple ID and removed my credit card for future charges by iTunes or the apple store.

I uninstalled the itune app on my PC and also removed the iTunes app on my IPad.  

I then called up my credit card company and told them I did not authorizes the $8.32 charge to my credit card from APL* itunes  I also told them I had no idea what the charge was for. I asked them to reverse the charge. A clerk at my credit card company transferred me to their fraud division. They reversed the credit charge and blocked all future charges from the company that erroneously charged me. They also are sending me a new credit card.

In my opinion if if the Apple App won't allow you to cancel an iTune subscription than your only recourse is to ask your credit card company to cancel  the charge and block all future subscription charges as well.
