Mail.app is no longer sharable

Hi mavens,

Mail.app has disappeared form the "share" button of share-ready apps such as Preview, not in the Finder "share" contextual menu and is not in the list of sharing extensions in the System Prefs.

I thought that when I upgrade to the newest OS, New Sierra or whatever it is called, it will be restored but it did not happen.

Any ideas?
