backup from itunes in not working

Hi

I stored my data in my computer using itunes. When i am trying to restore the data on my phone (iphone 7) using itunes it is giving as alert as" Data can not be restored to this phone because the software of this iphone is too old"

I installed new ios 11.3 after this alert, and updated the itunes application on my computer even then it is showing up the same alert when trying to restore the data.

Please help me on this as the data i stored is very important for me .
