Email Message Notification Instructions
1 What should I do if I want to send a message with an email notification?When you send messages, you can select an option at the bottom of the message page to send an email notification with the message.
Please only use email notifications when the information is extremely important. Otherwise you may risk disturbing the seller or cause the seller to block email notifications from you.

2 I received a message that says “This seller refuses to receive email notifications.” What does this mean?
This means that the seller has changed their personal account settings so that they do not receive email notifications from buyers or from this type of email.

Different notifications may appear under these circumstances:
- The seller refuses to receive email notifications for inquiry messages.
- The seller refuses to receive email notifications for order messages.
- The seller refuses to receive email notifications for other messages.
3 What should I do if I don’t want to receive any email notifications or a specific type of email notifications?
Log in to your DHgate account and click on 【Messages】 in the navigation bar.

Click on the 【Settings】 tab on the left side of the menu.

In Settings you can choose what types of email notifications you want to receive. If you do not select any types of messages, you will not receive any message notifications. Once you have made your selections, click 【Confirm】 to save your new settings.

4 What does mean in the message?
If a message is sent with this symbol, it means this message is sent with an email notification.
