How do I modify or delete reviews?

Step 1:
You cannot modify or delete reviews unless the seller requests it.

Step 2:
To modify or delete reviews, sign in to your DHgate account by clicking the “My DHgate” button. Click on “My Reviews” to view the reviews you have left. Then click the “Edit” or “Delete” button to modify or delete the review.

Step 3:
You have 15  days to modify the review after the seller has requested it. You will receive a reminder message in your DHgate account.

Step 4:
You only have one chance to modify or delete your review. Once you modify or delete it, you cannot do so again.
