Where to find Sierra installer

The new wacom drivers are not compatible and I want to reinstall Sierra, not High Sierra but the Sierra installer is hidden/removed from the App Store. How to get the installer back? If possible.

When you go to the boot utility you dont have the option, but only have the Sierra option, so with it removed from the App store, you cant reinstall at all.
