微软 Internet Explorer
部分网站无法载入，IE和cortana也瘫痪了。。。
RT。。。更换了DNS仍然没用，没有使用代理，请问这该怎么办。。。您好，
重置WinSock重新查看：
在Windows键+X键，点击管理员命令提示符中运行netsh winsock reset回车。
