Zoom enabled is the message displayed on my iPad 4 wth iOS 9.1 each time it shuts down and restarts on its own.

Press menu button quick 3 times the go to settings accessibly turn off Zoom.

This alert happens when you have the "Display Zoom" feature enabled. Display Zoom shows fewer, larger icons on your home screen. I can't seem to find an Apple support article about it, but here's a cnet article describing what it does: https://www.cnet.com/how-to/explaining-display-zoom-on-iphone-6-and-6-plus/

If you have Display Zoom set to "Zoomed", that alert will show when you boot your phone.
