no sound itunes windows

Hi,

I have weird situation - video with ac3 channel not playing sound in itunes windows(7, 10), but it is playing just fine on iPhone 6, Apple TV 3, even in itunes on mac.

In iTunes use Edit > Preferences > Playback and look at the entry for Play Audio Using. This will normally be set to either Direct Sound or Windows Audio Session. Changing the setting may help. If not change back to the original value and try once more. Failing that see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates and in particular the second box for a full tear down and rebuild.

Thank you for advice! But I tried to change Playback device, use AC3 passthru re install iTunes.. tried few video files with AC-3 channel on different windows 7 and 10 computers - no sound.
but same files on iPhone, iPad, MacBook pro - playing with sound.
