how do i change itunes install location?

so i have two hard drives and one has less space than the other, i installed itunes on the one with less space and didn't think much of it until now, i want to back up my iphone but i can't since not enough space is available, how do i change the install location for itunes to the other hard drive? please help it'll be much appreciated .
