no itunes how to set up my new ipad using my ol...

Hi

I bought a new ipad and would like to back up completely from my old ipad. I used to have my itunes on my external hard drive and back up through itunes all the time but since then my hard drive died. I use windows 10 I have item like videos, books and app I didn't purchase or back up with itunes. I did do the icloud back up on my old ipad how can I use a new" itunes on a new computer and back up all of my old ipad so i can use it with my new ipad using the same apple id and password? Thanks
