Midi Audio Set Up

Running a Mac Pro 2011   Sierra 10.12.6

Have used Finale and Mac for years, but have just installed Finale 25v and cannot connect digital piano this time.

In trying to set my Roland Digital Piano HP 507 1. generic keyboard icon comes up.  Have given it a name.

Have tried several cables, to check for a defect there.

When I click on the downward triangle on the keyboard icon, it lights up yellow, but nothing happens when I click on

Test Set-Up or on the re-scan.

Have gone into Finale to see if it has recognized the Roland.  It did not.

At a loss to know what to do.

The Roland has in its set-up  'USB driver Original"  or "USB driver generic"   have tried both.

Any one have an idea?

I'm replying to myself.  Went to the Roland Support website where I downloaded the latest USB update. Instructions for working with Audio Set-UP were very clear and fixed the problem. Perhaps this will help someone else.
