Hi

I have had two payments of R89,99 go off of my account every month since last year August. I receive an invoice for one payment, which I'm happy with, however having two payments of the same amount go off my account is surely not correct. I need to now find out how I go about getting refunded for the double billing that has occurred for several months now, and how to make sure that this payment only happens once a month from now on. How do i proceed?
