Apple pen

Can apple pen work as a regular stylist if it is not charged? And if the answer is not - why?

Because it has a bluetooth type tip, not the soft rubber tip of regular capicitive stylus

Rubber tipped styli need a larger contact area than the fine point of a bluetooth stylus.

It'd be like trying to use a blackberry type stylus on a touch screen...they are different technologies

So,this pen wouldn't work as a stylus to play games?
