Not charging 

Tried reset, hard reset ... nothing 

Frustrating!!!

Make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If you need to find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple.

Make sure the watch is plugged into the wall, not the computer. If the watch doesn't get a charge, take the watch and the cord to an Apple Genius Bar and you may need a new cord.
