Apple Mail Preferences

In Apple Mail Preferences>Composing Tab> there is an option you can select> Automatically CC or BCC Myself.  Myself is the only option.  It doesn't seem like you can change this so is there a way that every email I create/send or reply to a copy will be sent to a kind of 'stealth' email address of my choosing?
