black screen imac 2010

Hi,

I've a mid 2010 imac that boots (I can hear the chime and rumors if I press buttons) but the screens remains completely black (not starting at all - the screen).

I tried to reset pram/nvram.

The imac doesn't work with external screen (I tried to connect with a DP->hdmi adapter to an acer lcd).

How can I determine if it's an LCD, graphic card or PSU problem?
