How to define each status in new Trade Center?
(1) Steps in the list page:
New: This status shows when buyer send inquiry to seller, seller does not reply back. If the inquiry has not been replied, it will be shown of this status.
Ongoing: Once the inquiry has been replied, the status will be turned into Ongoing.
Ordered: If the buyer and the supplier have confirmed order, now the order will wait buyer to pay for it. Then, this status will be shown Ordered.
(2) Steps in the detail page:
Inquiry：This step only exists before users send inquiries or start order.
Negotiation：After buyer sends inquiry and once the seller has replied, what you will see is Negotiation.
Payment: After both the buyer and the supplier confirm order, the order will come to the status of payment.
Shipping: Order will process to Shipping step when the buyer completes order payment.
Completion: Completion means the final step of order, which occurs after the buyer, confirms delivery or when the order is canceled.
