移动GIS开发环境配置
1、下载安装JDK
https://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jdk7-downloads-1880260.html
2、安装Eclipse
3、下载安装Android Developer Tools
https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/
4、在ADT中使用Android SDK Manager下载需要的SDK及Google API
5、在ADT中用Anroid Virtual Device Manager（AVD）创建Android模拟器
6、在arcgis网站下载Arcgis Runtime SDK for Android
