What is the process I should follow after I have requested for DHgate mediation?
When DHgate mediates a dispute, there are four steps for buyers to follow:
a) Choose a “dispute reason” and the outcome you expect from DHgate’s mediation. If the seller agrees to your proposal, the system will immediately proceed with the solution you agreed and close the dispute.



b) Provide your evidence within 3 days of submitting your mediation request. If no evidence is received from you within the specified time, the system will automatically close the dispute and release the payment to the seller.



c) Wait for DHgate’s decision. DHgate will arbitrate your case within 5 days based on the evidence from both the buyer and the seller. The status will be shown as “Arbitration in Progress”.

d) When the solution process is completed, the dispute will be closed automatically.
