How do I pay by Bank Transfer (Worldwide) ?

When you choose to pay via Bank Transfer (Worldwide), please follow these steps:

Step 1: Choose "Bank Transfer (Worldwide)",and  click “Pay for Order” button.




Step 2: Print or write down the payment information and make the payment in your banks.


Step 3: Go to your local bank to transfer your payment. Please bring a printed copy of your Bank Transfer Information and show it to the bank officer before making your payment. Once completed, your payment will be held securely by DHgate.

Step 4:Your payment will first be deposited to your DHpay account when paying via bank transfer. You should then use your DHpay account to pay for your order(s). How do I pay with DHpay account? Notes：
  • Please ensure the above bank account details have been filled in on your bank transfer form.
  • Contact DHgate’s Customer Service Center  if your payment is not confirmed within 5 days after making payment.
  • Bank Transfer fees must be included when completing payment. Your payment will be unsuccessful if your bank transfer fee is not included in your total payment amount. The bank transfer fee varies and is set by your local bank (remitting bank).
