Macbook Pro with Moniter

I have a Macbook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) running 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5

I want to connect the older LG 34UM88 monitor ultrawide 34" (Link Below)

Will I have a problem running that? Let me know, thank you!

I'd think no problem. I would use the cable connectors they supplied.
