eMail sync error on Mac and iPad

I am reading my iCloud mail with iMac mail and iPad & iPhone mail. Some times I get into situation when email lists on Mac and iPad/iPhone are different. This is the situation I got into recently:

This is Mac mail list

This is iPad list

As you can see the second email is different. "Loupedeck" email never arrived to Mac mail.

The "Bowers & Wilkins" email was deleted on iPad. Now that I think of the cause of the error it might be that I may have been quick and deleted emails before iPad mail has updated. I remember deleting same email twice.

But the situation now is that the second email(different on both lists) is number 2. And if I delete that email on either of the devices, email number 2 is deleted on both. Although it is completely different email.

The list are now on sync!

I think that Apple mail software fails on the situation that ...

- on one device you delete "xxx" email

- on second device where "xxx" email is already showing, you are quick and before deletion is synced, you delete that email "xxx" again. ==> This will delete some other email from the list at the same position (like second email on the list) without checking the header or anything.

What do you say Apple?
