Note App default Settings

I realy like Apples note app in generell but i miss (or did not find) possibilitys to change the default settings (Fontcolor, Size ...) for Title or Header. I Think there must be a way, to change the default fonts, size and color for hedings without hacking/modify the plist File for Apple´s Note App.

Is there anybody, who knows a simple workaround to change this?

If there is no way to do this without hacking the plist file, Apple, please add this Features in the upcomming macos/ios Release. A possibility to change the default backgroundcolor in the Settings would be nice to :-)
