Internal Mic Headache

Hi,

I have a Macbook 12inch in gold color. My internal mic has two very tiny holes that get blocked easily with dirt. When that happens, my mic would become very low and I had to scream for someone each time to hear me on Skype of Facetime. Last time I unblocked the holes with a tiny needle and it would work again. However this time, the needle doesn't seem to do the job. The mic is very low and I have to scream for someone to hear me.

I cannot get help from Apple since I bought it two years ago. It is very expensive to have a third party fix this issue for me. Please any suggestions????? I am very desperate.
