Formal Complaint regarding case ******

 

After upgrade Apple Watch OS, it cannot start normally. Took it to Apple Store Singapore, they claimed will repair without charge.

 

After sent to the store for few days, receive email saying either I pay repair fee or return the item unrepair

 

Call support called Danica, but cannot give proper response on email, but keep procrastinating with must-call excuse even though I stated in business travel

 

As a 3 years loyal apple customer, extremely furious and disappointed
