iTunes not recognising iPhone after updates, un...

I recently bought a new iPhone SE and when I tried to sync my music to it, I found that iTunes was not recognising my device. I have tried using a different cable, and different USB ports, but I can tell that that is not the issue, since Windows Explorer still shows the device as a camera. I have another iPhone 5C as well (my old one) but iTunes doesn't recognise that either. I have updated iTunes, updated Windows, uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes, and rebooted both my laptop and the iPhone. I can't think of anything else that I can do to get it to work...maybe there is something blocking iTunes from accessing the phone? I have also trusted the computer on the iPhone so it isn't that either.

To the best of my knowledge, it was working fine before I got the new phone, but it isn't working on either of them now, and I can't get music or anything else onto either device.
