External HD is shown in Finder but not in Disk ...

I have an external hard drive that I have formatted it in 2 different partitions. The probelms is one of these partitions is corrupted and needs reforamting. However, the other partition is healthy and works.

 

 

So I went ahead and opened up the Disk Utility to format the whole drive, but the problem is, that it is not shown in Disk Utility. Is there any other option for me?

Well, as soon as I posted this here, it just showed up with a warning that "macOS cannot fix this partition" or something close to that.
