unable to access icloud because my username wil...

I am unable to access icloud because my apple id will not update on the icloud signin page even though it is updated in my apple acct.

When i open icloud signin on my pc, the apple id is not my present apple id and it doesnt allow anything but my password to be entered. I have made sure that my apple id is updated in my apple acct, but icloud still doesnt show the nee apple is when I go to sign in. Any suggestions?
