Why iCloud taking backup from photos even after...

Why iCloud taking backup from photos even after i delete the photos that still not uploaded? (This happen when iCloud Photo is enabled)

It's not reasonable that Apple will back up and upload items that have been erased. Uploading process must be stopped when not exist any new photos, when uploading in progress this mean photos not deleted really, Why?

If I understand what happened, by deleting the photo, you have changed what is on the phone, and the iCloud Photo Library will sync again to reflect the change/make sure it is made at iCloud.com/Photos .

I think you don't understand what's the problem. I say, the new photo still not uploaded, and i delete photo, but upload is in progress, and show uploading amount.

Is iCloud syncing, required to backup the deleted photos?

Files indexing, is different from uploading file.

Even when I am emptying the trash (Recently Deleted in iPhone), uploading does not stop.

I've got the same problem and I asked that question on this site but with no results. Nobody sees that this is bug in iCloud Photos? I reported this to Apple but they don't see any problem. Band of amateurs.

I think Apple keeps the photos and the Delete option is just for fun and Apple only hides them from the user.

Why does Apple not handle this problem?
