ITUNES.COM/BILL unknown payment

Hey!

On my card statement  - ITUNES.COM/BILL 12.99 at 11th February, 11th March. I have no idea what it means and how I can cancel it. Please help.



You can view your account's purchase history via the Store  > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, or if using an iOS device you can view the last 90 days purchases via https://reportaproblem.apple.com

 

If the same charge was done two months running on the same date then you may have an auto-renewing subscription - you can view and mange them via Store > View Account : Manage your auto-renewing subscriptions - Apple Support.



Call iTunes store support if you don't know what it's for.

HI, I have three items charged on my account and I DID noturchase. Help.



By 'charged on my account' you mean on your iTunes account or a credit card account ?

 

If you didn't purchase them, and nobody else has access to your account and/or devices/computers, then change your password via https://appleid.apple.com and contact iTunes Support : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html



somebody used my debit cards long time i want investigation



Then call your bank and/or the police. This is a user forum. We can't investigate squat.

my debit card got stolen and I want to know who is using it



Nobody on these user-to-user forums will know, if you haven't already done so you should contact your card issuer and let them deal with it



why is my card constantly charged for anything? I have not ordered anything
