rubber gasket in macbook pro retina screen

The rubber gasket in my 2012 MacBook Pro Retina 15 screen is coming off (several parts).  Can Apple replace it even if it is already out of warranty?  In case Apple will not replace it, how much is the approximate cost to replace the rubber gasket?  The MBP Retina 15 unit is still in pristine condition.
