ITunes library duplicated files?

Hi,

I've recently transferred my itunes library to my new imac from an external NAS.

Its a bit of a mess and while itunes is working i am have problems with Roon and my external streamer/DAC finding itunes library info.

as you can see there are multiple .itl and .xml files.

is there any way to tidy these up without losing music and playlist info?
